Disable Lexmark Firmware Update Settings from the Printer
Follow the video and the steps below to disable automatic firmware updates on your Lexmark CS531 printer.
How to disable automatic firmware updates
- From the printer control panel, open Settings.
- Select Device, then scroll to Firmware Update.
- Open Update Firmware from Server, then select Auto Update.
- Choose Disabled.
- Confirm that Auto Update is set to Disabled. Return to the home screen.
